Effective Date
These Terms are effective as of May 6, 2026.
Overview
OpsBridge provides software for cleaning and field-service operations, including business workspaces, team and customer portals, operational records, task coordination, service requests, proposals, invoices, communications workflows, and related intelligence features. These Terms are intended to explain general platform use and do not replace a signed customer agreement.
Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be legally able to enter into binding agreements and use OpsBridge for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting login credentials, access codes, devices, and workspace sessions.
Access Codes and Portal Entry
OpsBridge may use access-code flows for Team Member Portal and Customer Portal entry. Access codes are intended for the assigned recipient and workspace context only. Workspace administrators are responsible for distributing access codes carefully, revoking access when appropriate, and ensuring that customers and team members use the correct portal experience.
Workspaces, Business Users, Team Members, and Customers
OpsBridge separates business workspaces from team member and customer portal access. Workspace administrators are responsible for inviting authorized users, assigning roles, reviewing access, and ensuring that team members and customers use the correct entry paths and access codes.
Subscription Plans and Billing
Paid subscriptions, plan features, billing periods, taxes, and payment responsibilities are governed by the selected plan, checkout terms, invoice, or written agreement. Refund and cancellation details are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use OpsBridge responsibly and to maintain accurate operational records in your workspace.
- Use the platform only for lawful business operations.
- Keep workspace, customer, team member, invoice, proposal, task, and request information accurate.
- Review important actions before submitting or sending them.
- Respect role, workspace, portal, and customer data boundaries.
Acceptable Use
Your use of OpsBridge must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not misuse the platform for spam, unauthorized outreach, security attacks, unlawful activity, scraping, harassment, or abuse of customer or team member data.
Customer Data and Uploaded Content
Customers retain rights to the business data and content they submit to their workspace. OpsBridge may process that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate rights and permissions for data you upload or enter. The Privacy Policy explains how OpsBridge is designed to handle account, workspace, customer, team member, and service data.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
OpsBridge may use managed infrastructure and third-party services for hosting, authentication, data storage, payments, communications, observability, maps, or other operational needs. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and availability conditions.
Communications, SMS, and Email Notices
OpsBridge may support operational communications such as access codes, appointment updates, proposal updates, invoice review notices, service request updates, portal updates, and team task notifications. Communications are not guaranteed to be delivered and may depend on user preferences, provider availability, and configuration. SMS use is also subject to the SMS Terms.
Invoices, Proposals, and Operational Records
Invoice, proposal, task, clock event, request, and customer records are operational records created or managed by authorized users. OpsBridge is not legal, tax, accounting, payroll, or employment advice. Customers remain responsible for reviewing records and complying with applicable obligations.
Service Availability and Changes
OpsBridge is designed to provide reliable software, but availability is not guaranteed. Features may change, be updated, be limited, or be discontinued as the product evolves or as security, reliability, business, or legal needs require.
Beta, Preview, or Experimental Features
Some features may be offered as beta, preview, experimental, or future-ready capabilities. These features may be incomplete, change without notice, or operate differently from generally available features.
Intellectual Property
OpsBridge and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, design, documentation, trademarks, and related materials. No rights are granted except those needed to use the platform as permitted by these Terms or a written agreement.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party should use reasonable safeguards and use confidential information only for the business relationship and platform operation.
Disclaimers
OpsBridge is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, business outcomes, payment collection, lead conversion, message delivery, or that every recommendation or automation will be correct for every circumstance.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, OpsBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the platform.
Suspension and Termination
OpsBridge may suspend or terminate access when needed to address security risk, suspected abuse, non-payment, legal requirements, or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the platform subject to your subscription or written agreement.
Governing Law
Governing law and venue may be set by a written customer agreement. If no written agreement specifies them, they will be determined by applicable law and the contracting context. This placeholder should be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
