SMS Terms

These SMS Terms explain the operational text message programs OpsBridge may support for access, service, proposal, invoice, portal, and team task updates.

Program Description

OpsBridge may support operational and transactional SMS messages for businesses, team members, and customers using the platform. Messages are intended to support service operations, not marketing blasts, promotional outreach, debt collection harassment, or payment pressure.

Types of Messages

  • Access code or workspace access messages.
  • Appointment, schedule, or service request updates.
  • Proposal review updates.
  • Invoice review notifications.
  • Customer portal updates.
  • Team task, schedule, checklist, or operations notices.

Consent to Receive Messages

You should receive SMS messages only where consent, account configuration, recipient eligibility, and provider availability allow it. Workspace administrators are responsible for using accurate recipient information and respecting communication preferences.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on workspace activity, service updates, user actions, and notification settings. OpsBridge does not guarantee any minimum or maximum number of messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

STOP / Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may stop receiving SMS messages from the applicable program or number, although other non-SMS service communications may still be available.

Supported Carriers and Delivery Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery may depend on provider configuration, carrier filtering, recipient device state, network conditions, and verification status. OpsBridge does not guarantee SMS delivery.

Privacy

SMS-related data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. SMS metadata may be processed to plan, send, skip, disable, audit, or troubleshoot operational notifications.

Eligibility

SMS features may be unavailable where a recipient is missing a valid phone number, has opted out, lacks required consent, or where provider or toll-free verification status prevents sending.

Changes to SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms as programs, providers, laws, or platform features change.
