Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OpsBridge is designed to collect, use, share, and protect information across public websites, business workspaces, team portals, customer portals, and related operations.

Effective date: May 6, 2026

Effective Date

This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 6, 2026.

Overview

OpsBridge is operations software for cleaning and field-service businesses. The platform may process business workspace data, customer records, team member records, service requests, tasks, schedules, checklists, appointments, invoices, proposals, operational updates, communications metadata, and related usage and security information.

Information We Collect

We collect information that users provide, information generated through use of the platform, and technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve OpsBridge.

Account and Workspace Information

This may include names, work emails, roles, workspace settings, company information, access permissions, authentication/session information, and administrative configuration.

Customer, Team Member, and Service Data

Workspaces may store customer contact details, service locations, appointment notes, service requests, tasks, schedules, checklist activity, team updates, customer portal records, and operational history entered by authorized users.

Clock In/Out and Operational Event Data

Where clock in/out, task execution, checklist, dispatch, or operational event features are used, OpsBridge may process timestamps, task identifiers, team member identifiers, status changes, notes, and related review metadata. Location or GPS data should only be processed where a feature actually requests and receives it; this policy does not imply that location capture is always active.

Communications Data

OpsBridge may process email and SMS-related metadata such as recipient type, recipient address or phone number, template key, delivery status, provider status, timestamps, and opt-out or preference signals where supported. We do not use this page to claim that a provider message was delivered unless the system records that result. Operational SMS programs are also described in the SMS Terms.

Billing and Invoice Data

The platform may process invoice records, proposal records, billing preferences, payment status, plan information, and related operational records. Payment processing may involve third-party payment providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Device, Usage, and Log Data

We may collect browser type, device information, IP-derived network information, route usage, diagnostic logs, error events, security events, and performance information needed for reliability, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, secure, maintain, and improve OpsBridge.
  • Authenticate users and enforce role, workspace, team, and customer boundaries.
  • Operate invoices, proposals, tasks, appointments, portals, communications, and related workflows.
  • Respond to support, security, billing, and operational requests.
  • Detect abuse, investigate incidents, and protect platform reliability.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, infrastructure providers, payment providers, communications providers, advisors, or legal authorities when needed to operate the platform, comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect rights and safety.

Service Providers and Infrastructure

OpsBridge uses managed cloud and software providers for parts of its infrastructure, such as hosting, authentication, data storage, payments, communications, observability, and support. Provider access is intended to be limited to the services they perform for OpsBridge.

Data Retention

Retention depends on account status, operational needs, legal obligations, security needs, dispute resolution, backup practices, and customer configuration. We do not state a universal retention period here because retention can vary by data type and workspace.

Security

OpsBridge is designed with access controls, workspace boundaries, server-side secrets, operational logging, and managed infrastructure. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. See the Security page for more detail.

Your Choices

Depending on your role and applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of certain information. Workspace administrators may manage many operational records directly inside the workspace.

SMS and Communication Preferences

SMS and email communications should respect recipient preferences, opt-out status, provider configuration, and legal requirements. Reply STOP to opt out of supported SMS programs and reply HELP for help where SMS is active.

SMS Opt-In Data and Consent

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, affiliates, or partners. This information will not be sold, rented, transferred, or used for third-party marketing purposes. SMS-related data may be processed only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, audit, or support OpsBridge messaging features.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

OpsBridge uses required cookies for essential site and platform functions and may use optional categories based on user preference. See the Cookie Policy for more information.

Privacy for Children

OpsBridge is designed for business use and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided information to OpsBridge, contact us so we can review the request.

International Users

OpsBridge is US-based, and information may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our providers operate. International use may be subject to additional local requirements.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as OpsBridge evolves. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
